What is the Warranty Policy

Warranty is as per manufacturer norms. All brand provide warranty for each of their products only from their authorised service centers which are easily locatable all over the country. You can locate any brand's service center by calling their respective customer service cell.

Please note that the warranty on Samsung products is valid only in India except for their Notebooks which carry international warranty (under limited period offer). There are different periods of warrant offered for different types of items and they are mentioned separately on each of the product pages.

Apple provides standard warranty for accessories and international warranty on all their devices.

We ship only through trusted courier partners. We primarily prefer using express shipping methods for all the orders unless & otherwise stated or in case of any specific shipping constraint.

Shipping Battery & Powerbanks

Powerbanks, battery packs and stand alone battery items cannot be shipped in express mode. Only standard surface shipping is possible due to allowed rules for transport of lithium content. Estimated delivery times shown will not apply to these products and they may take up to +4 days at times depending on your location.

We provide free shipping on all orders which are valued over Rs.1000. It is our continuous endevour to provide you the best services which are at par to the ecommerce industry standards. So we imply a small operational delivery charge of Rs. 100 to the orders if they are under Rs.1000 cart values.

Returns

Return & exchange period

We accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days of order delivery provided the product is ours, sealed, not used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean the packing is not damaged and the seal of the product is not opened at all so it can be resold. All our products are 100% original so we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened Open items originality can be compromised. This is the core value of our business for which the customer is trusting us. Sorry but we value our customer's trust more than anything and cannot subside that in any case.

Defective items

We sell only genuine and branded products, returns and are absolutely not possible once package has been opened for reasons other than manufacturing defects. For manufacturing defects, our team can assist you to avail brand warranty replacement up till 7 days.

Damaged items

Return of damaged items is not allowed. We always ship the products with utmose care, packing and safety so they will deliver to you without problems. Any issues related to damages will be considered as post purchase use cases. Please unbox the items carefully. Branded items pass through rigourous levels of quality checks before they are even packed so they don't come damaged in box.

Incompatible items

We pre inspect all customer order before shipping so there is literally no chance of compatibility errors from our end.
