Refund Policy

Full refunds are applicable for seller unfulfilled or pre-fulfilled cancelled orders.

For post fulfillment cancellations, all valid and accepted return requests (which are not exchangeable) you will get store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products.

Please note, Cash on Delivery, Loyalty reward points, and shipping charges are not refundable in the product price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you refund option.

Orders cancelled after the dispatch of your package will only be considered for refund of the product price and not the shipment charges.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable and approved)

  • Item that has been opened and used to check.

  • Item is not compatible

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • In special cases where any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery and approved by South Port Retail.

In case of stock unavailability of the product, a refund or store credit will be issued after communicating with you.

It may take up to 5-7 business days for refund to credit back and reflect into your account, after the refund is initiated by South Port Retail.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed hand to hand, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@southport.in

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
