Orders can be easily cancelled via call, whatsapp or email instantly before they are marked as dispatched without any charges.
If an order is in transit and is not yet delivered to you, you can apply for a cancellation request by calling us or emailing us provided the item is not in the Out for Delivery status. We will try to stop the package wherever possible and will definitely try to help you with refunds once the package is stopped.
If the item is Out for Delivery, then you can reject the package when it is attempted for delivery and a refund will be made to you once we receive the intact package back.
Any payments made towards special requests, gift packing, delivery charges or personalised or express delivery will not be refundable on cancellation. You will only be eligible to receive the product value on refund.
If an item is delivered after you placed cancellation, please contact us for returning of the sealed item back through process of returns.

For EMI transactions, customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by South Port Retail or the brand. Customer bears the cost of processing fees, applicable taxes and any file charges on their EMI closure by the bank or card issuer.
