Galaxy Wearables For iOS
Are you an iOS user who loves Galaxy wearable devices? Luckily, we have good news for you. Certain Galaxy watch and earbud models can be used with your iPhone if you want to listen to music or answer a quick call. We’ve listed every wearable model so you can check which ones will work with your iOS device. Keep in mind that some Galaxy wearables only support a Bluetooth connection and cannot be connected through the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch iOS apps.
Note: iPhone 5 devices and later running iOS 9.0 or higher versions are supported. iPad and iPod Touch devices are not supported.
Compatible Galaxy buds
Each Galaxy earbud model is compatible with iOS through a Bluetooth connection. However, only some models can be used with the Galaxy Buds iOS app. Check out the list below for specifics:
- Galaxy Buds3 Pro: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds FE: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds3: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds2 Pro: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds2: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds Pro: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.
- Galaxy Buds Live: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Buds iOS app. Requires iPhone 7 or later models running iOS 10 and higher versions.
- Assorted Galaxy buds that are compatible with iOS
- Galaxy Buds+: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Buds iOS app. Requires iPhone 7 or later models running iOS 10 and higher versions.
- Galaxy Buds: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only.

Compatible Galaxy watches
Most Galaxy watch models can be used with your iOS device via Bluetooth. However, only some watches can be connected to the Galaxy Watch iOS app. The list below has more details:
- Galaxy Watch3: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Watch iOS app.
- Galaxy Watch: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Watch iOS app.
- Galaxy Watch Active: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Watch iOS app.
- Galaxy Watch Active2: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Watch iOS app.
- Assorted Galaxy watches that are compatible with iOS
- Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth and the Galaxy Watch iOS app. For iPhone 6S and 6S+ running iOS 10 and later, the connection to Gear may be unstable.
- Gear Live, Gear Fit 2, Gear Fit2 Pro: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only. For iPhone 6S and 6S+ running iOS 10 and later, the connection to Gear may be unstable.
- Galaxy Fit: Compatible with iOS through Bluetooth only. Requires iPhone 7 and later models running iOS 10 and later versions.
Gear 1, Gear 2, Gear S, Gear Fit, Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch4 Classic, Galaxy Watch5, Galaxy Watch5 Pro, Galaxy Watch6, Galaxy Watch6 Classic, Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra: Not compatible with iOS.
