Warranty

Warranty Policy

Normally all products have warranty as per respective manufacturer norms. You can check for the warranty mentioned on individual product pages.

For demo products, demo warranty is applicable as per manufacturer norms.

For unboxed items, there can be full, limited or no warranty depending on the condition of the item. Usually it is mentioned on the product page, if you are not able to find the information, you can enquire with us before making a purchase.

All brands provide warranty for each of their products only from their authorised service centers. Centers are easily locatable all over the country. You can locate a service center by calling their respective customer service cell.

Once a product has been used or box has been opened, you have to visit a service center only for any issues related to the product.

We ship only via trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your orders reach safely and on time. We normally prefer to use express shipping services for all orders, unless there is a service restriction at your location pincode. We hope you to understand this.

Delivery timelines

Express delivery typically takes 2-3 business days & standard delivery typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the expected timeframe, you will not be notified with any tracking number. Once we do so, then only a tracking is provided via email with an estimated delivery date. Any local, national or weather disturbances may lead to delays in shipments. We always ensure you receive the packages in proper condition.

Once the order has been delivered to you, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

Shipping partners

We use Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Amazon, Ekart & DTDC for express and standard timelines. Same day delivery is available in Delhi/NCR using Porter, Uber, Shadowfax or Wefast but strictly on charge basis.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders valued over ₹999. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality service standards, a nominal delivery fee of ₹100 will be applied to orders with a cart value below ₹1,000.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days having valid model confirmations and provided the goods are in stock. We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During sale periods, please allow 5-7 business days for dispatching due to high order volumes.

Shipping Battery & Powerbanks

Powerbanks, battery packs and stand alone battery items cannot be shipped in express mode. Only standard surface shipping is possible due to airline policies. Estimated delivery times won't apply to lithium batteries as they are shiped with precaution and take more time than usual.

Tracking number

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information on your email ID, mobile SMS and WhatsApp.

International shipping

We ship internationally with extra shipping cost. Please ask us shipping charges before placing the order. Custom duties, taxes and charges levied by your country will be over and extra on the price + shipping cost of the product and will be paid directly by you to your country.

Returns

Return & exchange period

We accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days of order delivery provided the product is ours, sealed, never used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean the packing is not damaged and the seal of the product is not opened at all.

All our products are 100% genuine original so we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened or used. An item once opened becomes yours.

Defective items

We sell only genuine, branded and sealed products. Returns are absolutely not possible once package has been opened for reasons other than manufacturing defects. For manufacturing defects, our team can assist you to avail brand warranty replacement up till 7 days through service center. After that its between you and the brand to follow warranty process yourself.

Damaged items

Return of damaged item is not accepted. We always ship the products with utmose care with safe packing and bubble wraps so they will deliver to you without problems. Issues related to damages will be considered as post purchase use cases. Please unbox the items carefully as once the item is opened it is your responsibility. Branded items pass through rigourous levels of quality checks before they are supplied so they don't come damaged in box from the manufacturer side. For your safety you may record an unboxing video.

Incompatible items

We pre inspect all customer orders before shipping so there is literally no chance of compatibility issues from our end. You can always be sure about its usability with your device as per your disclosed model while placing the order. In case you change your mind, make sure the item has not been opened and we may consider.

Different items

If there is a different item shipped from our side, we can assit you with a resolution only after a successful verification of the raised issue with our facility. The package passes through multiple check points before it is shipped to you. So such errors are very much not possible. Wherever we suspect anything wrong, a potential error in selection or possibility of fraudulent order, we hold the package untill a personal contact can be established with you either by chat, email or call.

International returns

We do not accept returns of items which have been shipped internationally. In case a return has been authorised by our team, the cost of return shipment and customs duty for indian customs will be paid by the buyer.
