Incase I receive a different item, what will be done?
Your orders are processed with utmost concern so that wrong products are not shipped in first place. We have a zero tolerance system for such things. So every order is passed from a 3-level check to avoid such experiences. In case you receive any such product which is not ordered by you, you may write to us for assistance and we will resolve the issue on priority.
I have ordered the item by mistake, now what?
Not a problem. Please don't open the seals of the product. Apply for a cancel or return request by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not been dispatched, call us at 9811364451 and we will try to cancel.
Do you ship internationally ?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we are in the process of starting overseas delivery soon.

How can I cancel or modify an order ?
All online and offline purchases made from us are final. Exchange and return is an option only if the items are new, sealed, unused, intact with all tags and in resalable condition. However, we will cooperate with our best efforts to assist you in case of any sincere ordering errors made which may require any modifications but mostly before the item has been dispatched. Once the product is shipped and delivered, exchanges are permitted only if there is a fulfilment error or a manufacturing defect in the product with in the return period. But even after that there is valid manufacturer warranty support.
How can I return a product ?

I have broken the product accidently while unboxing or while using, is exchange possible?
Item broken by the customer in any case will not be considered. Item damaged by buyer due to misuse or improper unboxing is not covered.
Product received in tampered packaging. Should I receive?
Our products are sealed from inside out. Product company seal, package seals, outer box seal and outer tamperproof polybag seals. If any of the seals is broken or tampered with, please recheck the contents before accepting the package. How long does it take to get my package ?
It depends on the delivery speed you have selected or we have offered on the product. It also depends on the serviceability in your location pin code. Usually we deliver all packages with in 2 working days but sometimes it takes up to 7 days. Any local disturbances in your area may lead to delays in shipments but we will always keep in touch and you will be well informed for any such unforeseen delays. South Port offers delivery speeds of 1-3 hours, same day, 1 day, 2 day, 3-5 days and 5-7 days.

Respective brands provide warranty for each of their products. There is different period of warrant offered by different brands on different items and they are mentioned separately on product pages.
