These are products which were opened and returned to the company unused and untouch. They are not used or sold. They are neither damaged nor defective and never ever repaired. The reason of return could be anything except damage/defect. This is not refurbished.

These devices come in original box packing, with all accessories unused along with the peace of mind of manufacturer warranty.

Are all unboxed items sold by different websites online the same?

Return & exchange period

We accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days of order delivery provided the product is ours, sealed, not used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean the packing is not damaged and the seal of the product is not opened at all so it can be resold. All our products are 100% original so we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened Open items originality can be compromised. This is the core value of our business for which the customer is trusting us. Sorry but we value our customer's trust more than anything and cannot subside that in any case.

Defective items

We sell only genuine and branded products, returns and are absolutely not possible once package has been opened for reasons other than manufacturing defects. For manufacturing defects, our team can assist you to avail brand warranty replacement up till 7 days.

Damaged items

Return of damaged items is not allowed. We always ship the products with utmose care, packing and safety so they will deliver to you without problems. Any issues related to damages will be considered as post purchase use cases. Please unbox the items carefully.
