Are you selling genuine products?
Yes definitely. South Port is an authorised brand partner of top A-line brands in India. The company is an exclusive and premium partner of Samsung and Apple India. All the products purchased from South Port Retail are 100% genuine & authentic which are supplied with brand warranty and tax invoices.
Is it possible to receive a different model accessory than what has been ordered?
No. Your orders are processed with utmost care to make sure model mismatches are impossible. Such orders are not shipped in first place before manual intervention of human. We have a zero tolerance policy for such things. Though customers are also expected to order the correct item for their device after checking the title and product compatibility information carefully, but there are instances where in excitement this gest a miss, so we also have our own self check surety process in place for each and every order. All orders pass a 3-level quality and model check to avoid such end user experiences.
In case I receive a different item than order, what will be done?
In case you receive any different product by seller's mistake, you may write to us for assistance and we will resolve the issue on priority with an exchange.
I have ordered the item by mistake, now what?
Not a problem. Please don't open the seal of the product. Apply for a cancellation or return request by writing to us at support@southport.in If the order has not been dispatched, or WhatsApp at +91-9899740474 for self help chat and we will try to assist you accordingly.
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we have international shipping option on request. You will be required to ask us for a shipping quote since the international shipping prices vary location wise and is currently not mapped on website ordering. It will be done soon.

How can I cancel or modify an order ?
All online and offline purchases made from us are final. Exchange and return is an option only if the items are new, sealed, unused, intact with all tags and in resalable condition purchased only within a certain period of time.
However, we will cooperate with our best efforts to assist you in case of any sincere ordering errors made which may require any modifications but mostly before the item has been dispatched. Once the product is shipped and delivered, exchanges are permitted only if there is a fulfilment error or a manufacturing defect in the product with in the return period.
How will I get support on the product after return period is over ?
After the return period, there is valid manufacturer warranty support on most items as per individual brand policy.
How can I return a product ?

Damaged item received?
Our packaging department makes sure that items are dispatched in best possible cover and protection so damages usually never occur in transit due to our mistake. Still in any worst case scenario if the item received is damaged or lost, you are always advised not to receive the package if the packing looks even slightly damaged or tampered. If the package is ok then be assured the content inside cannot get damage as we use proper packing techniques.
I have broken the product accidently while unboxing or while using, is exchange possible?
Unfortunately we cannot help in this case. Items broken by the customer in any case will not be considered. Items damaged by buyer due to any misuse or improper unboxing are never covered.
Product received in tampered packaging. Should I receive?
Our products are sealed from inside out. Product company seal, package seals, outer box seal and outer tamperproof polybag seals. If any of the seals is broken or tampered with, please recheck the contents before accepting the package. You are always advised not to receive the package if the packing looks damaged or seals looks tampered. If the package is ok then be assured the content inside cannot get damage as we use proper packing techniques. If you receive tampered box, you can do so but only at your own risk, please make sure to mention the condition of the box while signing on the proof of delivery. You can anytime contact us back for assistance.
Received a tampered box by mistake?
Unfortunately we cannot help in this case since the tampering cannot be linked to shipping company once received by you.
If you receive tampered box, you should do so but only at your own risk and after checking the contents of the box. Please also make sure to mention the condition of the box while signing on the proof of delivery or before giving any OTP. Make a video proof of unboxing and ask for customer assistance within first 24 hours.
How long does it take to get my package ?
It depends on the delivery service available. We choose the fastest possible courier service for your pin code. Usually we deliver all packages with in 2-3 working days but sometimes it takes longer up to 7 days bases type of item or delivery zones. Any festivals, barriers, multi point contact, local disturbances or natural calamities in your area may lead to delays in delivery. Delivery re-attempts are made 2-3 times. If you need help we will always keep in touch and you can ask for help.
What is the warranty support ?
Individual brands provide warranty for each of their products. There is different period of warrant offered by different brands on different types of products and they are mentioned separately on each of the product page. No exclusive warranty is provided by South Port Retail or the website for any product sold by us. We do not manufacture. For warranty support, please check the warranty link on bottom of the homepage.
