Return & exchange period
We accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days of order delivery provided the product is ours, sealed, not used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean the packing is not damaged and the seal of the product is not opened at all so it can be resold. All our products are 100% original so we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened Open items originality can be compromised. This is the core value of our business for which the customer is trusting us. Sorry but we value our customer's trust more than anything and cannot subside that in any case.
Defective items
We sell only genuine and branded products, returns and are absolutely not possible once package has been opened for reasons other than manufacturing defects. For manufacturing defects, our team can assist you to avail brand warranty replacement up till 7 days.
Damaged items
Return of damaged items is not allowed. We always ship the products with utmose care, packing and safety so they will deliver to you without problems. Any issues related to damages will be considered as post purchase use cases. Please unbox the items carefully. Branded items pass through rigourous levels of quality checks before they are even packed so they don't come damaged in box.
Incompatible items
We pre inspect all customer order before shipping so there is literally no chance of compatibility errors from our end. You can always be sure about its usability with your device as per your disclosed model while placing the order. Such errors won't arise while shopping with us. Always provide your correct device details so that any last minute surprises can be avoided. We do not accept returns due to incompatibility issues if item has been opened.
Different items
If there is a different item shipped from our side, we can assit you with a resolution only after a successful verification of the raised issue with our facility and internal system. The package passes through multiple check points before it is shipped to you. So such errors are very much not possible. Wherever we suspect anything wrong, a potential error in selection or possibility of fraudulent order, we hold the package untill a personal contact can be established with you either by email or call.
