All brands provide warranty for each of their products only from their authorised service centers which are easily locatable all over the country. You can locate a service center by calling their respective customer service cell.

Once a product has been used, you have to visit a service center only for any issues related to the product.

We ship exclusively through trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Wherever possible, we use express shipping services for all orders, unless otherwise specified or restricted by specific shipping constraints.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly as our delivery partners manage increased demand and prioritize the safety of their teams.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as outlined in the email communication.

Any local disturbances in your area, road blocks, entry barriers, levels of security, political movement, social issues & natural calamities may lead to delays in shipments. We always help and assist you in case of any such issues once informed.

Once the order has been delivered to you, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

We ship using Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Amazon, Ekart, DTDC, Trackon & Professional. Same day urgent delivery is available in Delhi/NCR using Porter, Borzo, Shadow Fax on charge basis.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders valued at ₹1,000 or above. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality service that meets leading e-commerce standards, a nominal delivery fee of ₹100 will be applied to orders with a cart value below ₹1,000.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation, provided the goods are in stock. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During sale periods, please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch due to high order volumes.

Shipping Battery & Powerbanks

Powerbanks, battery packs and stand alone battery items cannot be shipped in express mode. Only standard surface shipping is possible due to allowed rules for transport of lithium content. Estimated delivery times shown will not apply to these products and they may take up to +4 days at times depending on your location.

Alternatively, you can login to your SouthPort account and check the status of the order from there. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information on your email ID, mobile SMS and WhatsApp.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we are in the process of starting overseas delivery soon.

Returns

Return & exchange period

We accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days of order delivery provided the product is ours, sealed, not used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean the packing is not damaged and the seal of the product is not opened at all.

All our products are 100% original so we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened. An item once opened is yours.

Defective items

We sell only genuine, branded and sealed products. Returns are absolutely not possible once package has been opened for reasons other than manufacturing defects. For manufacturing defects, our team can assist you to avail brand warranty replacement up till 7 days. After that you will have to follow warranty process of the brand.

Damaged items

Return of damaged items are not accepted. We always ship the products with utmose care, safe packing and bubbles so they will deliver to you without problems. Any issues related to damages will be considered as post purchase use cases. Please unbox the items carefully as once the item is opened it is your responsibility. Branded items pass through rigourous levels of quality checks before they are even packed so they don't come damaged in box.

Incompatible items

We pre inspect all customer order before shipping so there is literally no chance of compatibility issue from our end. You can always be sure about its usability with your device as per your disclosed model while placing the order. Such errors won't arise while shopping with us. Always provide your correct device details so that any last minute surprises can be avoided. We do not accept returns due to compatibility confusions if the item has been opened or checked. If it is a different model, then do not open the seal of the product to get exchange support.

Different items

If there is a different item shipped from our side, we can assit you with a resolution only after a successful verification of the raised issue with our facility. The package passes through multiple check points before it is shipped to you. So such errors are very much not possible. Wherever we suspect anything wrong, a potential error in selection or possibility of fraudulent order, we hold the package untill a personal contact can be established with you either by chat, email or call.
