Terms & Conditions
- Pre reservation happens before pre booking starts. This gives you a special prime booking window before others start to pre book their slots.
- This is an advance payment for registering your interest for pre order of Next Galaxy device which will be later pre booked and then fulfilled by South Port Retail (Premium Partner & Samsung SmartCafe - Samsung India).
- All eligible pre reservations get VIP passes to pre book their device and will stand a chance to first purchase the Next Galaxy with all eligible Samsung pre booking offers from Samsung.
- Pre reservation customers will be getting pre booking benefits also and customers will be informed through email and call to pay the rest of the amount after which the device will be delivered to you.
- You can also pick up device from our Samsung Smart Cafe in Delhi when stocks are made available and deliveries start from Samsung.
- Pre reservation amount is also considered as a part payment and is adjustable towards pre booking and also in the final purchase price of the total purchase amount.
- This process will be based on a first-cum-first serve basis, so whoever purchases a VIP pass first gets the product first. Buyers will be given a time window to close their pre bookings and make final payments to get their handsets with all eligible schemes in fastest time possible.
- Invalid entries/failed payments/cancellations/order modifications will lead to passing the chance to the next eligible buyer who will be informed accordingly by our team.
- Deliveries will take 1-2 business days depending upon your order number and supply availability of the stocks from Samsung India.
- For all invalid entries for which rectifications are not made with in a stipulated period of time, the amount will stand as a credit or will be 100% refunded.
- 100% risk free purchase as all pre reservation VIP passes are completely refundable if pre bookings are not done.
- In case of any cancellations of pre booking later on from the side of customer, the amount will stand as a credit and will be added to gift cards redeemable against any purchase from our store.

- The amount ₹1,999 paid to Pre-reserve your next Galaxy would be adjusted against the purchase value of the final product
How do I buy the device and how to pay the rest of the amount?
- You will receive confirmation email post successful Pre-reserve
- While paying for the next Galaxy device, your purchase value will be adjusted by ₹1,999 (Amount which you have paid to pre-reserve)
Payment options for Pre-reserve?
- All Prepaid Options Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet options, Net Banking or any UPI based payment system etc. are available for the Pre-reserve VIP Pass.
Can I avail cash on delivery on this?
- Cash on delivery is not allowed for next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass. However, the remaining balance can be either paid using Cash on delivery or by using any other payment options available. Availability of COD is subject to service availability and website discretion.
What happens if I do not avail the pass?
- The pre-reserve pass if not utilized till pre book period, will stand automatically cancelled. ₹1,999 (Pre-reserve amount) will be refunded to the original source of payment.
What happens if I cancel the Pre-reserve VIP Pass?
- No Questions asked. We would refund 100% amount paid (₹1,999) back to your original payment method.
What happens if I lose the Pre-reserve VIP Pass?
- You cannot loose the pass, we always have your entries stored digitally at our end and details are also with Samsung.
How to cancel a Pre-reserve VIP Pass?

What is the Warranty Policy
Samsung provides warranty for each of its product only from their authorised care centers which are located all over the country. You can locate a service center by calling Samsung customer service at 1800-40-7267864.
Please note that the warranty on products sold on this website is valid only in India except Notebooks which carry international warranty. There are different periods of warrant offered for different types of items and they are mentioned separately on each of the product pages.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?
We ship orders mostly in 24 hours of receiving them. we opt the best and fastest serving couriers for your order. Once they are dispatched from our facility, our couriers usually take 1-3 days only to deliver to most pin codes across India. But sometimes it depends on the serviceability of your pin code or how deep the location is to reach, basis on any local variations it may take slight more time and max up to 7 days. Any local disturbances in your area may lead to delays in shipments but we will always keep in touch and you will be well informed for any such unforeseen delays beforehand. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information on your email ID, mobile SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment through that also or you may also contact the carrier using that information.
Do you ship internationally ?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we are in the process of starting overseas delivery soon.
Do you provide COD?
We usually do not offer cash on delivery as standard option on our website. You can make payments using almost all types of prepaid methods like Credit/Debit Card, EMI, Net Banking, PayTM, PayPal, UPI, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Wallets & Pay Later. But if you do not have any prepaid method to carry out the transaction, then we can provide you with partial COD option on request. In this you make a partial small payment while placing the order as advance and the balance payment you make to the delivery partner as COD. This is done to weed out non serious buyers. Contact us to opt for this option.
What is the return period?
We accept returns with 7 days of the order delivery provided the product is not used and is in restockable condition. By restockable we mean that the seal of the product is expected not to be opened at all. All our products are 100% original so we cannot accept returns for item which are even slighly opened because their originality can be compromised and that's what our customer is trusting us for. We value our customer's trust on us more than anything.
