Terms of accepting a back order or pre order
- This is an advance payment for accepting a pre order for an eligible product which the website may be offering/running.
- Pre booking window varies for each product.
- Pre booking happens before actual product launch starts or when there is shortage of supply of stocks.
- We may sometimes accept back orders when stocks are in transit also.
- Pre orders give you a special advantage of the special offers which brands keep offering. All such offers are extended to you.
- You also get a chance to get the device before others.
- This is an advance payment for registering your interest for a device available for pre order which will be later fulfilled by South Port Retail (Premium Partner For Samsung India).
- All eligible pre bookings get their device and will stand a chance to first purchase their product with all eligible Samsung pre booking offers from Samsung.
- Pre booking customers will be getting informed through email.
- In case of part payments, you will be called to pay the rest of the amount after which the device will be delivered to you.
- You can also pick up device from our Samsung Smart Cafe in Delhi when stocks are made available and deliveries start from Samsung.
- Pre booking amount is considered as a advance payment and is adjustable towards final purchase price of the product.
- This process will be based on a first-cum-first serve basis, so whoever purchases first gets the product first.
- Buyers will be given a time window to close their pre orders and make final payments (if any remaining) to get their handsets with all eligible schemes (if applicable) in fastest time possible.
- Invalid entries/failed payments/cancellations/order modifications will lead to passing the chance to the next eligible buyer who will be informed accordingly by our team.
- Deliveries will take 1-3 business days depending upon your order number and supply availability of the stocks from Samsung India.
- For all invalid entries for which rectifications are not made with in a stipulated period of time, the amount will stand as a credit and gift card will be issued which can be utilised for any purchase store wide.
- This is a risk free purchase as all pre bookings are completely cancellable and adjustable. In case of any cancellations of pre booking from the side of customer, the amount will stand as a credit and will be added to gift cards redeemable against any purchase from our store.
