How to Pre-order

  • The pre-order window will be live between 10:30 hrs on 22nd Feb’22 to 23:59 hrs on 10th March’22 for the S22 Series & Tab S8 Series.
  • The pre-order window will be live between 10:30 hrs on 17th March’22 to 23:59 hrs on 31st March’22 for the Galaxy Book2 Series.

Steps to Pre-order

  • Click on the Add To Cart button above to add Pre-order item in your cart.
  • Pay ₹ 1999/- using any of the payment options available.
  • You will get a confirmation of purchase of the selected model through email, WhatsApp & text message on your phone.

Benefits of Pre-order

  • Be among the first few customers to lay your hands on the new Galaxy.
  • The final purchase will reduce the total payable by ₹ 1999.
  • You will also be eligible for Samsung Pre-booking offers.

When will I get the Pre-order product

  • Post successful Pre-order of device, you will receive an email from us informing about the Pre-order.
  • You will also receive a call and WhatsApp from us to make rest of the payment to purchase the device once the pre order window is over or when the device is available for shipment.
  • Delivery will start post closure of pre booking window or depending upon stock availability when supplies arrive from brand.

How do I buy new Galaxy?

  • Post successful pre-order, you will be contacted by us. You will receive an order email from us clearly detailing the Pre-order of your device.
  • You can also call our helpline number 1-800-11-9777 for any further assistance.

When do I pay the remaining amount?

  • The remaining order amount payment link will be shared with you to make payment when the stock is ready to be dispatched.
  • Purchase of the new Galaxy using your Pre-order will come along with all the Samsung exciting benefits.
  • While paying for the new Galaxy your total Cart amount will be reduce by ₹ 1999/- (Amount which you are paying for Pre-order)

What are payment options for Pre-order and future transactions?

  • All prepaid options like Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet options, Net Banking or any UPI based payment system etc. are available for the Pre-order and future payments.

Is COD available?

  • Cash On Delivery is not allowed for Pre-orders.
  • However, the remaining balance can be either paid using Cash on delivery or by using any other payment options available. Availability of COD is subject to service availability and at website discretion.

What happens if I cancel the Pre-order?

  • A Pre-order is not cancellable or refundable.
  • If a cancellation is requested, you can use the amount and adjust towards any purchase store wide.

What happens if I don't utilize the Pre-order?

  • If you decide not to pay the rest of the amount, the pre-ordered stock will pass on to the next eligible customer and your pre-order handover rank will be moved to the end of the order list.
  • The order will be automatically cancelled and amount will be forfeited if the Pre-order is not utilised with in the pre booking utilisation window. All associated benefits will also stand cancelled.

How to cancel a Pre-order?

  • You can cancel Pre-order by emailing us at support@southport.in or you can also call our helpline number 1800119777 and we would help you with further actions possible.
  • 100% of amount paid during Pre-order will be adjustable towards any other product you buy storewide but is not refundable. A gif card will be issued to you for the same.

Redemption of the offer items

  • Offer product will be billed along with the product as defined by the Samsung rules of the offer.
  • You may be guided to follow the offer redemption process as laid out from Samsung India from time to time.
  • Redemption window is only for limited period so you have to redeem your offer product or redemption code within the time frame as laid by Samsung India.
  • Non redemption of items will strictly not be considered for any escalations.
  • Any mismatch of Pre Reservation phone number, Pre Booking phone number, customer name, customer email, customer mobile number or any related information with the billing or with the first activation SIM Card number of the device may lead to non eligibility of the respective offer(s) for that customer. Such cases will strictly not be considered for any escalations or rectification as all processes are final. In any such cases, you will lose the respective offer and Samsung or South Port Retail will not hold any responsibility for any such mistakes from customer end.
  • All offer products are non returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable.
  • All offer products will hold warranty as per manufacturer norms. Any manufacturing defects on any offer item will be directly handled by Samsung Cares located all over India as per manufacturer laid regulations for servicing gift items or offer items.
  • South Port Retail remains indemnified for all products or related issues for supplying any Samsung product or offers to customers at brand's discretion.
  • Samsung reserves the right to change or entirely stop the offer anytime without any prior discretion. South Port Retail will not be liable to provide the offers to the customers who make purchases in any such brand offers.
